HOW I THINK
Build like an operator.
Publish like a scientist.
Make it measurable.
Every important decision needs a signal. If we can’t tell whether it worked, the test was badly designed.
Reduce the noise.
Dashboards, offers and content should make the next decision obvious. Complexity is only useful when it earns its place.
Show the real work.
I’d rather share a real decision, mistake or result than manufacture expertise after the fact.
